- Implement simplified sales plans to achieve a sales target of $2.5 million USD for 2024.
- Conduct outreach through emails and calls, aiming to schedule 150 technical meetings and 300 discovery calls/ meetings, leading to 100 proposals and 50 closed deals.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives in terms of calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled, proposals needed, and deals closed.
- Utilize flexible communication cadences tailored to industry responses and trial/error learnings.
- Represent Chemtec BV as the authorized distributor of Oleon in Mexico, specifically targeting the Petroleum and Gas and Industrial Products sectors.
- Engage with decision-makers/buyers to facilitate meetings with Chemtec's sales directors, thereafter handing over the control for further proceedings.
- Keep daily activity log and CRM up to date.
