Act as primary customer contact in operational activities as part of the end-to-end customer experience.
Set up, document, and maintain the training orders process for assigned customers.
Support Salesforce and any other necessary system implementation and use.
Become familiar with existing documentation and managing the existing documentation as well as keeping it up to date. Identification of blind spots and potential risks.
Based on business requirements, participates in current projects related to process improvements, task automation, process standardization and data update.
